How may I book online from your web site ?
Reserving your room is very easy through our Hotel Reservation System. Click on the RESERVATION section and choose:
- The number of guests;
- The room type (even on multiple choice);
- The period of your staying.
A detailed pricing table will be then showed in case of room availability in our Hotel togheter with the total amount of your reservation.
If you want to book the reservation go to STEP-3 where you will be provided to enter all your personal information and your Credit Card that will be charged according to our policy. After sending your personal information, an email will be sent to you with a Personal Reservation Code that you can use to communicate to our hotel.
Why do I have to include my credit card number?
No amount of monet will be taken from your credit card unless differently specified in the conditions of the promotion Your Credit Card is taken as Gurantee of your Reservation. It will only be charged the first night in case of no-show or if your cancellation will not be sent 3 days prior arrival.
What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
Cancellation can be made up to 3 days prior to arrival at NO CHARGE. After this limit the cost of the FIRST NIGHT will be charged to your credit card.
How long will it take you to respond to my reservation request?
Your RESERVATION will be accepted as you enter your CREDIT CARD information: an email will be sent at the email address you have entered during STEP-3 of the reservation process. Your "CHECK AVAILABILITY REQUEST" will be handled by our Reservation Office that will provide a direct reply to your email according to Hotel availability. An answer will be emailed you in the next 24 hs.
I don't have 24 hours to wait for a confirmation. What can I do?
Call the hotel directly at the number you find at the botton of this page.
Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?
Yes, an email will be sent as confirmation of your reservation together with a personal code that will allow you to change and modify your reservation.
What is the cost for using online reservation service?
There is NO CHARGE or service fee to use our hotel reservation service.
What credit card types are accepted for guarantee/deposit?
Amex, VISA, MasterCard, Diners.
My credit card number is correct, but the hotel is not accepting it. Why?
There are a few possibilities:
-Your card type is not accepted at the hotel
-The card expiration date precedes the reservation date
-You have reached your credit limit
-There is a computer error
What are the directions to the hotel?

I should receive a discounted rate. How do I get this?
In our hotel "SPECIAL OFFERS" and "SPECIAL PACKAGES" you will find the hotel promotions that will allow you to have special reductions on your reservation. To be entitled to use one of these special rates, choose one of the offers and then click the "RESERVE IT NOW" button. Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?
We also remind you our transfer service from / to the airport or to / from the station with executive cars.

Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, etc.)?
The hotel staff will do their best to accomodate special requests. We cannot guarantee room location because it is subject to availability, but please feel free to state your request during RESERVATION or CHECK AVAILABILITY REQUEST.
Our children will be with us... do they stay free?
Usually children under 3 stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding.
