Bookings made through our web site are completed as you enter your credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Once the reservation is accepted you will receive an email confirmation from our Booking Office.
Bookings must be cancelled by 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room rate.
We will assess a fee of one night of your room charge if you cancel after this deadline, and in case of no-show (unless differently specified in the policy of a selected promotion).
