Bookings made through our web site are completed as you enter your credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Once the reservation is accepted you will receive an email confirmation from our Booking Office.
Cancellation is possible up to three days before arrival. The late cancellation or no-show will incur a charge equal to the cost of the first two nights. (unless differently specified in the policy of a selected promotion). In the case of early departure must be paid the total amount of the reservation.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
If you need to cancel or change your travel plans, you can cancel by entering your reservation code and your email.
If you do so correctly, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation. Please contact us if you do not receive it.
